What are the standard turnaround times for production and delivery to the UK?
Our normal turnaround for delivery is 10 - 12 business days. That's after you approve the final 3D digital proof and the dieline. That time covers the basic box engineering and the printing. Plus it includes the automated finishing work. We've got a rush option if you're in a hurry for seasonal drops. It drops the manufacturing down to 7 to 9 business days. But it depends on how complicated the box design actually is.
Can these boxes be fully customized with interior printing and specialized structural embellishments?
Yes, we can print just the outside or we'll do full color on the inside and outside. We use CMYK and PMS ink profiles. So the colors hit right. You can pick matte or gloss lamination. Plus we have soft-touch velvet varnishes. We do metallic foil stamping like gold and those shiny holographic styles. And we can press the cardboard with embossing or debossing. We've got spot UV coatings too. We cut custom die-cut PVC viewing windows. And we make internal cardboard inserts. We just build them how you need. Plus we can add ribbon ties or magnetic closures.
